Interesting! Facebook Now Allows Everyone To See All The Photos & Posts You’ve Liked Till Date!!!

With this article, I am helping all the souls impacted by the ingress of social media into daily life. I’ve been entrusted with the task of saving the virtual world, from getting the better of y’all!

Yes, Facebook has decided to meddle with personal space & privacy and it’s my job as Superman to succour humanity.

Now, a simple search on the Facebook ‘search bar’ can let anyone know whose pictures and posts, you’ve ‘liked’ on Facebook. Just type “photos/posts liked by (insert name)” and that dude/damsel’s history of Facebook likes opens up.

This way, people can see every picture that you’ve liked on Facebook, since the beginning of your Facebook journey!

Now, that opens up more chances of people stalking you and you stalking people!

The chances of a Spy v/s Spy game are higher too! (People in relationships, beware)
There’s no fix to it, but to painstakingly go to all the pictures that you’ve liked (yet don’t want others to know) and discretely press the “unlike” button.

Answering These 5 Questions Can Change Your Life

Sometimes we are simply unconsciously conscious. We walk around in the light of day, but we are unaware of where we are, where we’re going, or what we’re doing. Not until we have passed the exit do we realize that we have been asleep at the wheel and have missed the destination we thought we were heading for. Here are five questions that will heighten your level of awareness and increase your ability to change your life and achieve the results you desire.

1. What are you feeling?
Our feelings or emotional reactions are a powerful reflection of what we value. For example, if you are feeling angry, frustrated or disappointed, these emotions are a sign of some misalignment with your personal values -- hot or negative emotions are symptoms of violated values. On the other hand, positive emotions or feelings like contentment, satisfaction, or excitement indicate that values have been affirmed.

Suppose your boss tells you that you did a terrible job on a recent presentation you worked many long hours to prepare. You may feel angry or frustrated because you believed that your hard work would be acknowledged and appreciated. When your expectations went unrealized, and you received feedback contrary to your perceptions of your effort, not only were your hopes dashed, but your values for hard work and superior performance were also violated.

If your performance had been praised you might have felt excited and pleased at the acknowledgement for a job well done, affirming your personal value for professional performance and the acknowledgment of appreciation.

Pay attention to your feelings -- they reflect alignment with your values.

2. What are you observing?
From the time we awake each day, we observe what goes on around us. Ironically, though, we don’t see what we are observing.

Earlier in life I had the opportunity to practice law, and I once had a client who asked me to help her with her seventh divorce. At one point I asked permission to pose a very personal question. She agreed, and I asked, “Do you ever wonder if the universe is trying to teach you something?”

Amused, she responded, What do you mean?

“I just wondered if you ever asked yourself what you might be doing that contributes to all of your relationships ending this way.”

She contemplated for a while, then smiled and asked, “Will you do my divorce or not?”

We often become so mired in the events of our daily lives that we do not realize when we are stuck. The old saying holds true: fish discover water last. Instead, we should be both participants and observers of our lives. Our behavior and the resulting consequences of our actions are constantly sending us messages, as is the environment surrounding us, but we usually ignore those messages. The ability to objectively observe our experience allows us to consciously make different choices should we desire.

See what you are observing.

3. What are you thinking?
Noticing how you think or interpret your own observations will help you understand your feelings (because thoughts create feelings), and will also help you recognize the particular slant or bias you mentally assign to your experience.

One counselor shared with me that she was surprised at how many people stayed in abusive relationships. She said that when she asked them why they stayed, the reply was always similar: “The devil I know is better than the devil I don’t.”

Two interpretations can be made about such thinking. These people might believe that either A.) it is easier to stay with what they know than to try something new, or B.) anyone else they might choose will be as bad or worse as the current partner. Notice how an awareness of your thinking can serve as the basis for understanding your choice of behavior -- because thinking drives behavior.

Exposing your thinking and learning to challenge its accuracy is the key to improving your results. Just because you think something does not necessarily guarantee that it is an accurate representation of reality. Yet we get so caught up in the way we think about things that we seldom stop to challenge our thoughts for their accuracy. We often make assumptions that are incomplete or entirely inaccurate, and then breathe life into them by living them into being. It is crucial that you learn to check your thinking by evaluating or substantiating your observations.

Notice your interpretations and challenge their accuracy.

4. What do you want? And why?
Knowing what you want is an exercise in identifying and clarifying your purpose and goals. Answering the questions “What do you want?” and “Why?” is about making conscious choices. A lack of clarity leads to unrealized aspirations. The clearer your intent, the greater the likelihood that you will be successful in achieving what you want.

An instructor of first-time skiers will usually caution, “Whatever you do, don’t look at the trees when you start heading down the hill!” Why? “Because that is where you’ll end up -- in the trees!” Stay out of the trees; get clear on what you want.

After identifying what it is you want, ask yourself why you want what you want. Asking “why?” helps you to identify the values or rationale behind what you want. If your “why” is big enough, it will help you overcome the debilitating power of excuses or stories you usually tell to justify your lack of results. Understanding your “whys” -- your values -- will strengthen your resolve and increase your motivation to pursue your goals.

Identify what you want and why to drive results.

5. Where is your focus?
Answering the question “Where is my focus?” allows you to recognize when your what and why are out of alignment with your thinking and doing. Just as your feelings are a reflection of your alignment with your values, your results are a reflection of your focus. And where your focus goes, your energy follows.

A friend of mine recently discovered that he was not getting an expected raise and a promotion. For weeks after his discovery, all he could do was focus on what he didn’t get. He whined, stressed, and complained about the company, his boss, and his work. Focusing on what he didn’t get created more and more negativity. Finally his spouse, tired of all the drama, pointed out that his energies would be better spent focusing on what he ought to improve and change. Only then did he shift out of victim or “woe-is-me” mode.

It is important not to focus on what you don’t want. The human brain does not understand “don’ts”, but it is very clear on “do’s”. For example, if you say, “I don’t want to be unhealthy anymore”, the brain registers “go ahead and eat your heart out”. Instead, you want to clearly focus your aspirations by stating, “I am thin, healthy, and full of energy”. Your remarkable brain understands these aspirations and will help you achieve these results.

Actually, the ski instructor mentioned earlier really should tell his novice skiers: “Whatever you do, always look downhill and pick out the path where you want to go.” Telling people not to look at the trees practically ensures that they will look at the trees -- and create the very results the instructor is trying to avoid.

Observe and refocus your focus.

We all have everything within us that we need to achieve results. The key to success is increasing our awareness of our feelings, observations, interpretations, what’s and why’s, and our focus.

Bottom line: each of us has, in ourselves, the clue to what we can do and achieve.

This One Thing Will Help You Get Better Sleep, New Study Says

Want to sleep better? Go outside, recommends a new study.

A recent University of Michigan study found, unsurprisingly, that getting outside during the day helps people fall asleep more quickly and get more sleep at night. Indoor light isn't quite as helpful as actual sunlight.

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention generally recommends removing all devices from the bedroom to get a better night's rest, but a smartphone app created by the University of Michigan is helping to illuminate how people sleep around the world.

Back in 2014, a group of researchers from the university released a free app for iOS and Android called Entrain to help travelers get over jetlag faster by monitoring users' circadian rhythms and then advising them when to change the light in their environment to aid in the adjustment to a new time zone. During the first year in the app store, 8,070 users sent in their results.

Study authors mathematics professor Daniel Forger, assistant professor Amy Cochran and graduate student Olivia Walch found that the average minimum sleep duration ranged from seven hours and 24 minutes in countries such as Japan and Singapore to a maximum average duration of eight hours and 12 minutes in the Netherlands. The average sleep duration for U.S. residents was 7.87 hours.

The data also showed that women go to sleep earlier and wake up later than men, getting about 30 minutes more sleep on average. Researchers also found that age plays a role in sleep patterns, identifying more similarities between the patterns of users 55 and older and more variety for people 30 and under. Middle-aged men get the least amount of sleep, logging less than the CDC recommended seven hours per day.

"It doesn't take that many days of not getting enough sleep before you're functionally drunk,” explains Walch in a statement from the University. "Researchers have figured out that being overly tired can have that effect. And what's terrifying at the same time is that people think they're performing tasks way better than they are. Your performance drops off but your perception of your performance doesn't.”

Stop Planning Your Career and Start Taking Action

When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up? While many of us had fantastical answers to this question (i.e. Astronaut, third baseman for the Yankees), some individuals were fortunate to have career clarity at a very young age. Perhaps you or someone you know always wanted to be a teacher, or a doctor, or a social worker and that is what they're doing today. These individuals often have a sense of comfort in their career path, but they are by far the exception instead of the rule. In fact, according to the National Center for Education Statistics, roughly 80 percent of college students change their major at least once prior to graduation. The career clarity doesn’t much improve once out of school either. According to recent research conducted by The Harris Poll and University of Phoenix School of Business, roughly 19 percent of working adults and job seekers when it comes to their career path, “have no idea where they are heading.” While 28 percent say that even if they have a general idea, it’s not well-thought out. That works out to nearly half of the entire workforce.

Still, this is not necessarily cause for major concern. On the surface, we would expect the people who know what they want immediately in life to have a substantial advantage over those who “flip-flop” as they try to figure it out. Certainly, it doesn’t hurt to have a clear direction, but in my interviews with hundreds of “successful” people over the past few years, I’ve found that a vast majority of them started down one path only to be forced to shift gears toward another ultimate goal. The key, it turns out, to a successful career has less to do with planning a direction and much more to do with taking constant micro-action to keep pressing forward at all times.

You're never too old to change your career path.
A perfect example of the concept of thriving despite changes of direction is Dr. Susan O’Malley. She is a cosmetic doctor and personal development expert who specializes in helping people transform their own obstacles into victory. I met Dr. O’Malley recently to learn more about her path and the lessons she has learned from overcoming enormous obstacles on her way to success. She was a college-dropout working as a secretary until the age of 39 when she became a doctor. She went on to become an entrepreneur at age 50 and a first-time author at 63 when she wrote her book, Tough Cookies Don’t Crumble: Turn Set-Backs into Success. Her story is even more compelling because the day she started medical school she was six months pregnant and single.

After realizing she needed to do more with her life, Dr. O’Malley was forced into a change in middle age. Instead of wavering and complaining about it, she dove head first into her new path, realizing that “now” was far better than “never.” She shared with me one of the lessons she hopes will help others in similar positions. “Start with small risks. Everybody is afraid at one time or another. Fear can prevent us from taking risks and stepping outside of our comfort zone," she explains. "All the stars will never be aligned perfectly and sometimes you have to make a decision with what you have. Start small and work your way up.”

Be honest about your career prospects.
Dr. O'Malley's attitude is especially motivating given the state of today’s workforce. The Harris Poll cited earlier found that just ten percent of working adults and job seekers say not taking more ownership of their careers has resulted in job loss. Additionally, fewer than 60 percent of working professionals surveyed believe they are living up to their career potential. Yet just five percent have met with their HR teams to discuss their career trajectory. Taking accountability for one’s own career, and in turn, taking action to improve it, is a lesson many of us can learn from someone like Dr. O’Malley. I spoke with Ruth Veloria, executive dean for the School of Business at University of Phoenix, to dig deeper into the issue of accountability and taking action to build a stronger career.

"Living up to your potential is about having a game plan and knowing what the end state you desire is in your mind, then doing the gap analysis and taking steps to fill the gaps one by one. You have to think like a chess player and always be looking toward the next move that will take you to your goal," she says. "If you need to gain skills to make it to the next step, consider volunteering for projects that can help fill the gaps, taking bite-sized professional development courses or working with a mentor.”

In other words, taking action. More specifically, taking the next action and constantly pushing forward are the keys to achieving career success. Those who stagnate, and float through their career will be more likely to feel the sensation of being "stuck" and unfulfilled.

What are you doing to take the next step in your career? Planning can be helpful, but ultimately, actions speak louder than goals.

4 Things You Can Do Today to Make More Money Every Day

Money isn’t the only reason to start or grow a business but you better believe it’s important. If your business isn’t making money, all you have is a nice hobby. There are a lot of activities you can do that seem like they will lead to income but they won’t. Successful entrepreneurs avoid the time wasters and focus on what will help their business grow.

There are four things you could do today -- you could start right now if you’re not doing them -- that could lead to more income in your business. These are simple but overlooked strategies that have withstood the test of time and technology. Your business can experience explosive growth with the right focus.

1. Sell more than makes you comfortable.
Chances are, you sell in your business. While you may know selling is important, you may not realize that you aren’t selling enough. The human brain can be a funny organ. Someone on your email list or involved in your ecosystem may need to see something as many as 37 times before it clicks in their brain.

While it feels like you are selling a lot, you probably aren’t selling enough. When you sell, you are bound to upset people -- that’s okay. If you are consistently providing value for your audience, you have earned the right to tell them about your premium offerings. Sell more than you feel comfortable and you’ll see your income and business grow. Your audience wants to buy from you, they just need to know what you offer -- tell them consistently.

2. Spend each day on income producing strategies.
Our natural inclination is to wake up and do what we feel is urgent. We check email, browse through social media and may even take calls. If you want to make more money now, start your day by doing things that lead to income. It could be crafting a well-written sales email to you email list, calling an old client and renewing their contract, or spending time selling to a lead who you know is ready to buy.

Start each day pursuing hot opportunities that require only a little work to close. You may not close a sale every day, but over time, you will close more and that will add to your bottom line. As this becomes a habit, you will be a well-oiled machine that knows how to spot opportunities.

3. Offer value that leads to building your email list.
Sales come when the customer sees that you know what you’re talking about and they have gotten value from you. Value is best delivered when what you provide is actionable in someone’s life. As you continually add value, you will build your email list and potential base of customers.

Spend more time on what you put out publicly. Your products, services, and information should separate you from your competition. They should have undeniable value because you’ve taken the proper time to make sure they do. Put this value out on your website, social media or wherever you advertise. Your email list will build offering you the opportunity to sell more. That will lead to more income.

4. Leverage massive exposure.
There are many fantastic chances for entrepreneurs today to get more visibility for their business. Social media has billions of users. Google AdWords, or SEO in general, can put your business in front of millions of potential customers. You can put out content on great websites, such as "Entrepreneur" and more, and get exposure to millions of people.

The Internet and social media have connected us and given us access to an almost limitless potential customer base. Leverage exposure for and in your business. Get your name and content in front of the larger audience and convert some of them into customers. Massive exposure will increase your bottom line dramatically and quickly.

If the growth or income has stalled in your business, these four things can help you right away. If you are doing just fine, use these to reach your next growth and income goals. There is a wealth of potential leads and income, for us as entrepreneurs, if we open our eyes and capitalize.

27 Businesses You Can Start for Less Than $1,000

Laura Cattano went from working in a restaurant to managing her own business in less than a year and spent "next to nothing" to get started.

Her biggest initial startup costs? Replacing an old computer and spending about $400 to create an LLC. Since then, Cattano's client list for her professional organizing business has grown to be "in the thousands" and multiple major fashion magazines have featured her work.

"My advice is to go out there and do it," Cattano said. "Starting a business is not easy. It's a lot of hard work, but if you take your work seriously, people will notice."

If you're looking to start your own business, think about what skills you have, career experts said.

"Ask yourself, 'What's my passion?'" career and life coach Deborah Brown-Volkman said. "People want control over their career, and so creating their own business for under $1,000 gives them the ability to test it out, to see what works and what doesn't."

Pani Puri is a very popular street dish in India today.. This amazing mouth watering delicacy was born in the holy Indian city of Benares, one of the world’s oldest inhabited cities…

The vendor who sells Pani Puris keeps round shaped little puris in an aluminum container kept in front of him..Additionally,there will also be a large clay pot there, filled with cold tamarind water mixed with mint leaves and other powders made with Indian spices..

There will also be a big bowl in front of the vendor filled with a stew like stuff called Ragada made specially with mashed potato, tomato and other varieties of garden peas..

The vendor first gives a small leaf container to all the customers standing around him..Then he takes a puri into his hand; makes a hole to it; fills it up with the stew; and then dips it in the spicy cold Tamarind water in the pot and drops it in the leaf container for the customer to eat..

Here the customer is expected to gulp the whole piece of Pani Puri in one single shot..This process may sometimes trigger our tear buds, however, this is the funniest part of eating Pani Puri..

Most of the tourists who visit India make it a point to eat at least one plate of Pani Puri during their stay…

Later, this batter is spread evenly on a hot non-stick pan and is fried thoroughly until it turns crispy..During the frying process a few more neatly chopped tiny pieces of onions, ginger and green chilies are evenly spread on the batter and is fried.
